Veronica Arenas, Esq., pro se, Appellant.

No appearance for Appellees.

Per Curiam.

AFFIRMED. See Daniel Mones, P.A. v. Smith , 486 So. 2d 559, 561 (Fla. 1986) (holding attorney wishing to perfect a charging lien must "either file a notice of lien or otherwise pursue the lien in the original action"); Greenberg Traurig, P.A. v. Starling , 238 So. 3d 862, 864–65 (Fla. 2d DCA 2018) (rejecting argument that three letters warning of intent to pursue charging lien were sufficient to perfect lien, where no notice of lien or other act in pursuit of lien was filed before case was dismissed).

Kelsey, Jay, and Nordby, JJ., concur.
