Summary of this case from Klein v. O'Neal, Inc.Opinion
Civil Action No. 3:98-CV-1360-m.
September 28, 2001.
ORDER
Before the Court are the Findings, Conclusions and Recommendations of the United States Magistrate Judge on Defendant Arif Durrani's Notice of Motion and Motion for Summary Judgment, Defendant Susanne Stehr's Notice of Motion and Motion for Summary Judgment, Defendants Susanne Stehr and Arif Durrani's Evidentiary Objections and Motion to Strike Evidence from Plaintiff's Response to Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment, and Plaintiffs' Motion to Strike Defendants' Summary Judgement Evidence.
After reviewing the Findings, Conclusions and Recommendation and conducting a de novo review of those parts of the Findings and Conclusions to which objections were made (those being the objections of Susanne Stehr filed on September 20, 2001), I am of the opinion that the Findings and Conclusions of the Magistrate Judge are correct and they are accepted as the Findings and Conclusions of the Court.
