The Joint Motion to Dismiss the Complaint, which has been treated by the Board
as a motion to remand, is granted. Accordingly, this case is remanded to the Regional
Director for Region 10 for the purpose of approving the Union’s request to withdraw the
underlying unfair labor practice charges.
