Uber Technologies, Inc.’s Motion for Approval of Withdrawal of Case No. 20-CA-
181146 and Dismissal of Complaint is denied as the Board is unable to determine
whether the non-Board settlement effectuates the purposes of the Act. See
Independent Stave, 287 NLRB 740, 743 (1987). Accordingly, this matter remains
pending before the Board. The denial is without prejudice to the Respondent renewing
its motion to include the terms of the settlement.
