ORDER
The Joint Motion to Remand Cases to Region 18 filed regarding the
above-referenced cases by Respondent Tesoro Refining and Marketing Co. and
Charging Party United Steel, Paper and Forestry, Rubber, Manufacturing,
Energy, Allied and Industrial Service Workers International Union, Local 10 is
granted. Accordingly, this matter is remanded to the Regional Director for
Region 18 of the National Labor Relations Board for further appropriate action.
