DECISION AND CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE
The National Labor Relations Board has considered an objection to an election held
February 23, 2015, and the Acting Regional Director’s Report recommending disposition of it.
The election was conducted pursuant to a Stipulated Election Agreement. The tally of ballots
shows 16 ballots cast for the Petitioner, 15 ballots cast against the participating labor
organization, with 0 void ballots and 0 challenged ballots, an insufficient number to affect the
results.
No exceptions have been filed to the Acting Regional Director’s report within the time
provided. Accordingly, the Board adopts the Acting Regional Director’s findings and
recommendations, and finds that a certification of representative should be issued.
CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE
IT IS CERTIFIED that a majority of the valid ballots have been cast for International
Brotherhood of Teamsters, Local 781and that it is the exclusive collective-bargaining
representative of the employees in the following appropriate unit:
All full time Packaging employees, Warehouse employees, Warehouse Leads,
Spotters, Mill employees, Mill Leads, Sucrose/Bulk employees and Plant Support
employees employed by the Employer at its facilities currently located at 1005
101st Street, Lemont, IL and 1145 101st Street, Lemont, IL 60439
