DECISION AND ORDER
The National Labor Relations Board has considered objections to an election held
December 4, 2013, and the Acting Regional Director's report recommending disposition of
them. The election was conducted pursuant to a Stipulated Election Agreement. The tally of
ballots shows 29 ballots cast for and 5 ballots cast against the Petitioner, with 0 void ballots and
0 challenged ballots, an insufficient number to affect the results.
No exceptions have been filed to the Acting Regional Director's report within the time
provided. Accordingly, the Board adopts the Acting Regional Director's findings and
recommendations, and finds that the certification of representative issued on December 12,
2013 stand.

ORDER
IT IS ORDERED that the Certification of Representative issued on December 12, 2013
is valid and remains in effect.
