DECISION AND ORDER
The National Labor Relations Board has considered objections to an election held
May 15, 2014, and the Regional Director's report recommending disposition of them. The
election was conducted pursuant to a Stipulated Election Agreement. The tally of ballots
shows 37 ballots cast for and 51 ballots cast against the Petitioner, with 1 challenged
ballot, an insufficient number to affect the results.
No exceptions have been filed to the Regional Director's report within the time
provided. Accordingly, the Board adopts the Regional Director's findings and
recommendations.1

1 The Regional Director recommended overruling Petitioner’s Objection 1 in its entirety. The Regional
Director has directed a hearing to resolve Petitioner’s Objections 2 and 3 as well as other alleged
objectionable conduct.
ORDER
IT IS ORDERED that this proceeding is remanded to the Regional Director for
Region 9 for further appropriate action consistent with his report.
