NOTICE TO SHOW CAUSE
On August 2, 2018, the General Counsel filed with the National Labor Relations
Board a Motion for Partial Summary Judgment, on the ground that the Respondent’s
answers to the allegations in Section IV(A), (B), and (C) of the Compliance Specification
fail to meet the requirements of Section 102.56(b) of the Board’s Rules and
Regulations. Having duly considered the matter,
IT IS ORDERED that the above-entitled proceeding be transferred to and
continued before the Board in Washington, D.C., and that the hearing scheduled for
October 30, 2018 be postponed indefinitely.
NOTICE IS GIVEN that cause be shown, in writing, filed with the Board in
Washington, D.C., on or before October 25, 2018 (with affidavit of service on the parties
to this proceeding), why the General Counsel’s Motion should not be granted.
