ORDER1
The Respondent’s Emergency Request for Special Permission to Appeal
Associate Chief Administrative Law Judge Gerald M. Etchingham’s order denying the
Respondent’s motion to postpone the hearing is granted, and the appeal is denied. We
find that the Respondent has failed to establish that the judge abused his discretion in
denying the Respondent’s motion.2
