Summary Judgment and brief in support on the ground that there are no issues of
material fact in dispute that would warrant a hearing in this matter. Having duly

continued before the Board in Washington, D.C..
NOTICE IS GIVEN that cause be shown, in writing, filed with the Board in
Washington, D.C., on or before July 29, 2013 (with affidavit of service on the parties to
this proceeding), why the Acting General Counsel’s Motion should not be granted. Any
