ORDER
The General Counsel’s request to remand Case 22-CA-029988 to the Regional
Director for the purpose of processing 1199 SEIU United Healthcare Workers East’s
withdrawal request is granted. Accordingly, this case is remanded to the Regional
Director for Region 22 for further appropriate action.1
