ORDER REVOKING
On September 15, 2010, the National Labor Relations
Board issued a Supplemental Decision and Order in this
proceeding, which is reported at 355 NLRB No. 179 (not
reported in Board volumes). Prior to the issuance of the
Supplemental Decision and Order, the Board had issued
an Order Transferring Proceeding to the Board and No-
tice to Show Cause on July 27, 2010. The Board has
determined that neither the Board’s Supplemental Deci-
sion and Order nor the Order Transferring Proceeding
and Notice to Show Cause were served on the Respond-
ent. Accordingly, the Supplemental Decision and Order
is revoked.
