ADRIS. 37 2 FURTHER ORDERED that claims 1-2, 5-16 and 20 of Karim 1 U.S. Patent 6,143,921 and claims 2, 5-16 and 20-34 of Karim reissue 2 application 11/363,148 are unpatentable based on priority. 35 U.S.C. 3 §§ 102(g)/103. 4 FURTHER ORDERED that claim 1 of Karim U.S. Patent 5 6,143,921 and claim 1 of Karim reissue application 11/363,148 are 6 unpatentable over the prior art. 35 U.S.C. §§ 102(b)/103. 7 FURTHER ORDERED that claims 2, 5-16 and 20 of Karim 8 U.S. Patent 6,143,921 and claims 2, 5-16 and 20-34 of Karim reissue 9 application 11/363,148 are unpatentable for failing to comply with the 10 enablement requirement of the first paragraph of 35 U.S.C. § 112. 11 FURTHER ORDERED that Junior Party KHALID KARIM 12 and ALLA E.M. ADRIS is not entitled to a patent containing claims 1-2, 13 5-16 and 20 of U.S. Patent 6,143,921 (corresponding to Count 1). 14 FURTHER ORDERED that Junior Party KHALID KARIM 15 and ALLA E.M.
