Opinion by Kuhlke, Administrative Trademark Judge:
Inguran, LLC (“Applicant”) sought registration on the Principal Register of the
mark shown below.

The Examining Attorney required Applicant to include a disclaimer for the wording
GENETIC DEVELOPMENT CENTER which the Examining Attorney determined
to be merely descriptive of Applicant’s services.
On November 13, 2014, the Board issued a decision affirming the Examining
Attorney’s requirement for a disclaimer of GENETIC DEVELOPMENT CENTER.
The Board also stated that the decision would be set aside if Applicant submitted
the required disclaimer within two months.
In a timely response filed on November 21, 2014, Applicant submitted the
required disclaimer of GENETIC DEVELOPMENT CENTER apart from the mark
as a whole. The disclaimer is approved and entered.
Accordingly, the Board’s November 13, 2014 decision is set aside; and the
application is forwarded for publication of Applicant’s mark for opposition.
