DECISION AND ORDER
The National Labor Relations Board, by a three-member panel, has considered
objections to an election held on December 17, 2013, and the Regional Director’s report
recommending disposition of them. The election was conducted pursuant to a Stipulated
Election Agreement. The tally of ballots shows 10 votes for and 2 against the Petitioner,
with 5 challenged ballots.
The Board has reviewed the record in light of the Employer’s exceptions and
brief, and has adopted the Regional Director’s findings and recommendations.1
ORDER
IT IS ORDERED that Objections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, and 8 be overruled.

1 The Employer excepted to the Regional Director’s recommendation to overrule
Objections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, and 8. No party filed a request for special permission to appeal
the Regional Director’s finding that the Employer’s Objection 6 raises substantial and
