DECISION AND ORDER
The National Labor Relations Board, by a three-member panel, has considered objections
to an election held on December 13, 2013, and the Regional Director’s Report recommending
disposition of them. The election was conducted pursuant to a Stipulated Election Agreement.
The tally of ballots shows 22 votes for and 72 votes against the Petitioner, with 16 challenged
ballots, an insufficient number to affect the results of the election.
The Board has reviewed the record in light of the exceptions and brief, has adopted the
Regional Director’s findings and recommendations, and finds that the election must be set aside
and a new election held.
ORDER
IT IS ORDERED that the election be set aside and this proceeding is remanded to the
Regional Director for further appropriate action.
