ORDER
The Motion to Remand the case to the Regional Director for Region 6 is denied
as the Board is unable to determine whether the non-Board settlement effectuates the
purposes of the Act. See Independent Stave Co., 287 NLRB 740, 743 (1987).
Accordingly, this matter remains pending before the Board. The denial is without
prejudice to the General Counsel renewing his motion to include information on the
terms of the settlement.
