On February 28, 2013, Graphic Packaging International, Inc.
(“Graphic Packaging”), the patent owner and appellant, filed a Notice of
Appeal in response to the final decision in the Right of Appeal Notice, filed
January 30, 2013, rejecting claims 1-21. On September 30, 2013, Graphic
Packaging filed an amendment under 37 CFR § 41.63(a) requesting that
claims 1-21 be cancelled in this patent.
