Nov. 21, 2014) Copy Citation Sonoma County, CA UNITED STATES OF AMERICA BEFORE THE NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD COMMUNITY SUPPORT NETWORK Employer and RENAE JENSEN Petitioner Case 20-RD-117284 DECISION AND CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE The National Labor Relations Board has considered an objection to a secret-ballot mail election held August 13 to August 27, 2014, and the Regional Director's report recommending disposition of it. The election was conducted pursuant to a Stipulated Election Agreement. The tally of ballots shows 10 ballots cast for the Union,1 and 2 ballots cast against the Union. There were 0 void ballots and 0 challenged ballots, an insufficient number to affect the results. No exceptions have been filed to the Regional Director's report within the time provided. Accordingly, the Board adopts the Regional Director's findings and recommendations, and finds that a certification of representative should be issued.2 1 SEIU, Local 1021 2 The Regional Director recommended overruling the Employer’s objection. CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE IT IS CERTIFIED that a majority of the valid ballots have been cast for SEIU, Local 1021 and that it is the exclusive collective-bargaining representative of the employees in the following appropriate unit: All full-time and regular part-time residential counselors, relief residential counselors, lead residential counselors, rehabilitation support staff counselors, case managers, clerical staff [except for those located in the administration office] and maintenance personnel located at the Agency's facilities in Sonoma County, California.
