ERRATA
The first sentence on the first page of the decision should be corrected
to read, "[U]pon review, the Commission finds that complainant's complaint
was improperly dismissed pursuant to 29 C.F.R. � 1614. 107(a)(1) for
failure to state a claim."
This correction in no way alters the substantive content of this
decision.
