ORDER VACATING PRIOR ORDER
AND GRANTING MOTION
On October 10, 2014, the General Counsel filed with the Board a Motion for
Default Judgment on the ground that the Respondent has failed to file an answer to the
Complaint and Notice of Hearing.
On October 15, 2014, the Board issued an Order Transferring Proceeding to the
Board and Notice to Show Cause and postponing indefinitely the hearing scheduled for
November 5, 2014.
Also on October 15, 2014, the General Counsel filed a Motion for Withdrawal of
Motion for Default Judgment. In light of the General Counsel’s unopposed motion,
IT IS ORDERED that the Order Transferring Proceeding to the Board and Notice
to Show Cause and postponing the hearing is vacated, and that the General Counsel’s
Motion for Withdrawal of Motion for Default Judgment is granted.
