for Summary Judgment on the ground that the Respondent’s answer raises no material
issues of fact or law requiring a hearing in this proceeding. Having duly considered the
matter,
IT IS ORDERED that the above-entitled proceeding be transferred to and
continued before the Board in Washington, D.C.
NOTICE IS GIVEN that cause be shown, in writing, filed with the Board in
Washington, D.C., on or before February 15, 2012 (with affidavit of service on the
parties to this proceeding), why the Acting General Counsel’s Motion should not be
granted. Any briefs or statements in support of the motion shall be filed by the same
date.
