Section 37-2-110 - Secretary and other employees(a) The commission is authorized to employ a secretary and such other persons as may be necessary to enable it to perform the duties imposed upon it by this act and to designate the duties of such employees.(b) Repealed By Laws 2003, Ch. 172, § 2.
