Section 362 - Full-time State's Attorneys; private law practiceElected State's Attorneys shall devote full time to their duties and during their terms shall not engage in the private practice of law nor be a partner or associate of any person practicing law. The State's Attorneys of Essex and Grand Isle Counties shall not serve on a full-time basis and shall not be subject to this section.
