Section 172.083 - Interim Measures Ordered By Arbitration Tribunal(a) Except as agreed by the parties, the arbitration tribunal, at the request of a party, may order a party to take an interim measure of protection that the tribunal considers necessary concerning the subject matter of the dispute.(b) The arbitration tribunal may require a party to provide appropriate security in connection with the interim measure ordered.Tex.
