Section 31-4-151 - State Highway 28 from U.S. Highway 281 to MinnesotaThe state trunk highway system includes the following in Spink, Clark, Hamlin, and Deuel counties:
(1) From a point on U.S. Highway 281 south of Redfield near the southwest corner of section thirty-five, township one hundred fourteen north, range sixty-four west, thence easterly via Willow Lake and Bryant to U.S. Highway 81 south of Watertown near the southeast corner of section thirteen, township one hundred thirteen north, range fifty-three west;(2) From a point on U.S. Highway 81 south of Watertown near the northwest corner of section eighteen, township one hundred thirteen north, range fifty-two west, thence easterly via Estelline and Toronto to the Minnesota state line east of the northeast corner of section twenty-eight, township one hundred thirteen north, range forty-seven west.
