Section 1799.2-E - Pennsylvania liquor control board procedure. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 305 of the act of April 12, 1951 ( P.L. 90, No.21), known as the liquor code, the Pennsylvania liquor control board may implement a procedure for processing special orders which do not come to rest at a store by June 1, 2017.
