Section 745.9 - Commission staff(a) The commission shall appoint and fix the compensation of a full-time executive director, who shall be responsible for the general supervision of all the affairs of the commission and for performing any administrative function or duty which the commission may delegate to the executive director. The commission shall appoint and fix the compensation of such other employees as the commission may find necessary for the proper operation of the commission.(b) The commission shall appoint and fix the compensation of a full-time chief counsel, who shall not be subject to the supervision of the Attorney General or the General Counsel.
