Section 56016 - Findings of facts and law, judgment and appeals

After hearing, the court shall file its findings of fact and law and enter judgment accordingly, and the judgment entered may be enforced by the prevailing party by any appropriate proceedings. An appeal from the court's ruling may be taken in accordance with law.
