Section 323.13-A - Dissolution.(a)General.--The association may be dissolved as follows:(1) At the request of a majority of the members of the association and as approved by the commissioner.(2) By act of the General Assembly.(b)Distribution of assets.--Upon dissolution of the association under this section, all assets of the association, from whatever source, shall be distributed as the board may determine, subject to the approval of the commissioner.
