Section 9960.11 - Specific repealsThe following acts and parts of acts and all amendments thereto are repealed to the extent specified:
(1) The act of March 22, 1907 (P.L. 31), entitled * * * [19 P.S. § 784], absolutely as to all counties except the County of Philadelphia.(2) Subdivision (p) of Article XXI, act of July 28, 1953 (P.L. 723), known as the "Second Class County Code," [16 P.S. §§ 5199.1 to 5199.8] absolutely.(3) Subdivision (r) of Article XIX, act of August 9, 1955 (P.L. 323), known as "The County Code," [section 1998 of this title] absolutely.(4) The act of November 16, 1959 (P.L. 1505), entitled [19 P.S. § 784.5], absolutely.1968, Dec. 2, P.L. 1144, No. 358, § 11, effective 1/1/1969.
