N.D. Cent. Code § 26.1-02.1-02.1

Section 26.1-02.1-02.1 - Fraudulent insurance acts, interference, participation, and licensure of convicted felons prohibited
1. A person may not commit a fraudulent insurance act.
2. A person may not knowingly or intentionally interfere with the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter or investigations of suspected or actual violations of this chapter.

a. A person convicted of a felony involving dishonesty or breach of trust may not participate in the business of insurance. The commissioner shall deny an application for license under chapter 26.1-26, or shall revoke or shall refuse to renew a license issued under chapter 26.1-26, if the commissioner finds the applicant or licensee has been convicted of a felony involving dishonesty or breach of trust.
b. A person in the business of insurance may not knowingly or intentionally permit a person convicted of a felony involving dishonesty or breach of trust to participate in the business of insurance.
