Section 463.240 - State license prerequisite to county or municipal license; confidentiality of certain information provided to county or municipality1. No county, city or town may grant a gaming license to any applicant unless the applicant holds a valid state gaming license issued by the Commission, but the issuance by the Commission of the state gaming license imposes no requirements upon any such county, city or town to issue a gaming license to the applicant.2.
