Section 348.040 - "Authorized officer" defined1. "Authorized officer" means, with respect to any certificated public security, a person whose signature to the certificated public security is required or permitted, or a person whom the authorized officer is authorized, either alone or with the concurrence of another or others, to authorize to affix the signature of the authorized officer to the certificated public security and who is so authorized in writing by the authorized officer with any required concurrence.2.
