Section 240.063 - Evidentiary effect of signature; limitations on evidentiary effect of certification of documents1. The signature of a notary public on a document shall be deemed to be evidence only that the notary public knows the contents of the document that constitute the signature, execution, acknowledgment, oath, affirmation or affidavit.2.
