Section 257.666 - Violation; civil infraction; other violations arising from same transaction(1) A person who violates this division is responsible for a civil infraction and may be fined as provided in section 907.(2) This division does not prohibit a person from being charged with, convicted of or being found responsible for, ordered to pay a fine or costs, or punished for any other violation of law arising out of the same transaction as the violation of this division.Added by 2013, Act 231,s 8, eff. 3/26/2014.Former section 257.666 was repealed by 2000, Act 126, Imd.
