Section 3:4642 - Use of any other rule or scale; penaltyA. No person shall compute the measurement of saw logs for severance tax purposes or for settlement of disputes by any other rule or scale than the Doyle Log Rule.B. Whoever violates the provisions of this Section shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars nor more than five hundred dollars, or imprisoned for not less than sixty days, nor more than one year, or both.
