§ 934. Approval and execution—Exemption from fees

The conveyances made under the provisions of §§ 931—936 of this title, including execution of the necessary documents, issuance of certified copies, and their recording in the corresponding property registry, shall be exempt from the payment of all commonwealth and municipal fees, taxes, imposts, and duties.
