§ 1151. Authorization

The Police Superintendent, the Director of the Special Investigations Bureau of the Department of Justice, or any person authorized by them, or any person empowered by law to such effects, shall fingerprint and photograph any person who, after a determination of probable cause for an arrest is made, is charged with committing a felony.
