§ 14. Maintenance of Commonwealth roads running through urban roads—Maintenance; use of bituminous materials

The Secretary of Transportation and Public Works shall maintain said sections of roads in the same manner as other roads, and in case the means at his disposal permit he may direct the use of bituminous material in the maintenance of any or all such sections of roads as he may deem advisable.
