§ 35d. Faculties, rights and powers

There is hereby vested in the Agricultural Services Administration all such faculties, rights and powers that may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this chapter, including, without it being construed as a limitation, the following:

(a) To receive as a gift from any natural or artificial person or from any private or public institution, money, equipment, machinery or services to be used or invested in accordance with the purposes of this chapter.

(b) To execute with any natural or juridical person contracts, covenants or agreements to carry out the purposes of this chapter.

(c) To acquire all kinds of real estate, properties and equipment and machinery that may be necessary for the implementation of this chapter.
