As used in this chapter, "committee" refers to any of the following:
(1) A candidate's committee.(2) A regular party committee.(3) A committee organized by a legislative caucus of the house of representatives of the general assembly.(4) A committee organized by a legislative caucus of the senate of the general assembly.
