Section 7.1-3-23-8 - Procedure applicable

A proceeding before the commission which could result in the revocation or suspension in excess of three (3) days of the permit of a permittee authorized to sell alcoholic beverages at retail shall be conducted in the manner prescribed in section 6 of this chapter.
