Section 3-7-16-2.5 - NVRA official to designate agencies to provide voter registration services

The NVRA official shall designate the agencies required to provide voter registration services under this chapter after determining the extent to which:

(1) an agency's programs are funded by the state; and

(2) the agency is primarily engaged in serving persons with disabilities.
