Section 20-25-5-2 - "Annex"

As used in this chapter, "annex", "annexing", "annexation", and "school annexation" mean an action in which the boundaries of a school corporation are changed so that additional territory, constituting all or a part of one (1) or more other school corporations, is transferred to the acquiring school corporation.
