Section 16-41-14-0.2 - Application of certain amendments to prior law

P.L. 184-1989 does not apply to semen donations that are provided to a practitioner (as defined in IC 16-8-7.5-5, before its repeal, now codified at section 4 of this chapter and at IC 16-18-2-288) before July 1, 1989.
