Section 31-4303 - DEFINITIONSWhenever used in this act the term:
(a) "county" refers to each county in which all or a portion of a proposed or existing recreation district is situated;(b) "county commissioners" means the board of county commissioners of the county;(c) "clerk" means the clerk of the board of county commissioners of the county;(d) "district" means a proposed or existing recreation district organized under this act;(e) "board" means the board of directors of a recreation district;(f) "director" means a member of a board of directors of a recreation district;(g) "qualified elector" means a person qualified to vote under the general election laws of the state.[31-4303, added 1970, ch. 212, sec. 3, p. 599.]
