Repealed by 2020 N.C. Sess. Laws 50,s. 2-d, eff. 6/30/2020.

Partial renumbering and repeal: Section 2.(b) of 2020 N.C. Sess. Law 50 renumbered portions of N.C. Gen. Stat. § 41.1 as follows:

(1) Third sentence of G.S. 41-2(a), recodified as Second sentence of G.S. 41-73(c)(3)

(2) Fourth sentence of G.S. 41-2(a), recodified as First sentence of G.S. 41-73(c)(3)

(3) First sentence of G.S. 41-2(b), recodified as G.S. 41-72(a)

(4) Second sentence of G.S. 41-2(b), recodified as G.S. 41-72(d)

(5) Third sentence of G.S. 41-2(b), recodified as G.S. 41-74

(6) Fourth sentence of G.S. 41-2(b), recodified as G.S. 41-72(b)

(7) Fifth sentence of G.S. 41-2(b), recodified G.S. 41-72(c)

Section 2.(d) of 2020 N.C. Sess. Law 50 provides: "The remaining sentences of G.S. 41-2 not recodified under this section are repealed."
