Section 22a-61a - Prohibition re neonicotinoid applications on linden or basswood trees(a) No person shall apply, in any manner, any insecticide that is a neonicotinoid, as defined in section 22-61k, to any linden or basswood tree in this state.(b) The Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection may enforce the provisions of this section pursuant to section 22a-6 and establish a fine for the violation of the provisions of this section.Conn.
